The successful candidate will take ownership of lease accounting, manage daily treasury operations, and support the preparation of statutory accounts across multiple EMEA regions. • Collaborate with global finance teams and external stakeholders to resolve technical queries and ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Provide accurate reconciliations, analysis, and reporting to support financial decision-making and compliance.

To be considered for the role of General Ledger Accountant, you will:
  • Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of international accounting standards (e.g. FRS 102, IFRS, and ideally US GAAP/ASC 840).
  • High level of attention to detail and a methodical approach to complex financial data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience in cash and treasury management is preferred.

This role is predominately home-based, with a few days per month required to attend the Birmingham based office.
