Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of senior and corporate-level clients. This role is ideal for a commercially astute professional who excels at building long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with senior and corporate-level customers, acting as a trusted point of contact
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to support their business objectives
- Retain and develop existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Lead client meetings, reviews, and negotiations at a senior stakeholder level
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reporting and insights
- Proven experience in an Account Manager or similar role, managing corporate or senior-level clients
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent relationship-building skills
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Results-driven with a proactive and solution-focused approach
