Sheridan Maine is delighted to be partnering with a well-known UK brand with a strong international presence to recruit a Senior Accounts Receivable Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment, playing a key role in overseeing cash flow, billing, and debtor management across multiple revenue streams.

The Role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of the end-to-end receivables function, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and effective management of incoming cash across UK and European operations.

Your key responsibilities as Senior Accounts Receivable Manager will include:

• Managing and optimising the accounts receivable and cash allocation processes
• Monitoring debtor balances, proactively addressing overdue accounts, and escalating where needed
• Producing and presenting detailed debtor and cash flow reports to senior stakeholders
• Overseeing daily and monthly reconciliations across multiple sales channels, including retail and online
• Supporting cash flow forecasting through analysis of receivables data
• Ensuring accurate posting and reconciliation of high-volume transactions
• Building strong relationships with external partners, including concession and marketplace providers
• Collaborating with internal teams, banking partners, and auditors to maintain smooth financial operations
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting efficiencies

About You
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
You will ideally have:

• Significant experience within accounts receivable, credit control, or cash management
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Confidence working with large data sets and advanced Excel capabilities
• A track record of maintaining robust financial controls and improving processes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
