Customer Service Administrator

Sheridan Maine is delighted to be partnering with a well established business in Aldershot to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join its head office team on a temporary to permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, friendly team where you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Providing customers with updates on order progress, deliveries and product availability
• Liaising with internal departments, suppliers, engineers and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the Sage system
• Dealing with customer queries and resolving issues professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in customer service, administration and/or order processing
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A strong eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and IT systems
• The ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands and meet deadlines
• A proactive, positive and approachable attitude, with a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service
