The Role
As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s ambitious growth strategy, leading client engagements, and developing a high-performing team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service while contributing to strategic initiatives that shape the practice’s future.
Your responsibilities as a Senior Manager will include:
- Leading a portfolio of clients, providing high-quality accounting, audit, and tax services.
- Acting as a trusted adviser to clients and supporting business development opportunities.
- Managing and mentoring junior and mid-level staff, fostering professional growth and engagement.
- Driving improvements in processes, systems, and service delivery to support practice growth.
- Contributing to strategic planning and supporting initiatives to expand the firm’s footprint in Yorkshire.
To be considered for this Senior Manager role, you will have/be:
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with extensive experience in accountancy practice.
- Proven experience in managing client portfolios and leading teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ambitious, proactive, and results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement.
